As with any design-build contract, you will only be working with our team of experts under one contract. Your designer has a general contractor’s license who will be your sole point of communication when it comes to consulting you about your project. Hence, there will be no concerns about having to deal with multiple professionals and creating confusion from your end about “Who does what?” and so on.
