Frequently asked questions

We have clients coming to us, asking for an immediate quote and expecting an answer similar to quotes given by other general contractors simply based on the square footage of the intended project. But, this wouldn’t be such an accurate estimation. This is because your costs would depend on various factors such as the type of project you’re building, its design and features, the materials used, your expectations and of course, the square footage. Whether it’s a remodel, addition or a new building, because we are a design-build firm that offers all-inclusive services from design to construction, we analyze all these factors with you during our first meeting and quote you  price range that would cover the costs of the entire project until completion. 

This would all depend on what our clients want. We have clients who prefer to be in-charge and select the materials themselves for the entire home. On the other hand, there are those who are uncertain and require advice and recommendations from our experts. In both cases, our design-build team will work according to your set preferences. We know some of the best people in the business with the highest quality materials, best offers and greatest selections – we will definitely be able to get you value for your money. 

This would depend on your project and how complex it is. Although we are able to provide you an estimated time frame for construction to finish, it would not include any delays caused by your local planning committee during their deliberation of the proposed designs for your project. Their approval could range from weeks to months and is completely out of our hands. This planning process, in addition to the features you intend to implement into your project, the materials being used, the climate during construction, the site’s condition – all are just some of the factors that need to be considered for when your project may wrap up.

As with any design-build contract, you will only be working with our team of experts under one contract. Your designer has a general contractor’s license who will be your sole point of communication when it comes to consulting you about your project. Hence, there will be no concerns about having to deal with multiple professionals and creating confusion from your end about “Who does what?” and so on. You can just sit back, relax and watch us manage your project for you.
