Spacious & Luxurious Single Story

This gem of a house was a design-build project that was focused on creating more space in the home while adding a feel of elegance and luxury to a traditional design. Vast, long windows surrounding the home were added to perfectly capture as much of the warm sunlight to flow into the dining room and living room. With coffered ceilings, solid hardwood floors and ornate crown moldings, the brightness of this natural light into the home further highlighted and complemented these beautiful features.

From Scratch

For this particular project, the home consisted only of 3 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms which focused on creating larger bedrooms with vast walk-in closets. Our clients had an appreciation for wide open spaces and with the features we designed in the home – they ultimately gave an airy and luxurious effect design of the house for which the owners were completely satisfied with.

With gorgeous marble tiles in the bathrooms, elaborate glass chandeliers hanging from the ceiling, traditional wood cabinets and smooth granite countertops in the kitchen – we proved that keeping it traditional can be just as sensational.
