More and more owners nowadays are looking for their homes to be transformed into a newer and modern design. For this project, the existing house was a traditional single story home that was torn down and built anew within 9 months of construction. What replaced it was a beautiful hybrid traditional-european home with an additional level added, along with 5 bedrooms and 5 ½ bathrooms.
Our team incorporated the modern touches by designing ceilings that ranged from 10 to 21 feet high in the home as well as in the entryway. This high ceiling effect created a more airy, European look to the house which was further complemented with coffered ceilings as well as recessed lighting that illuminated the home and designs perfectly.
Indoor and outdoor rope lighting, granite countertops and traditional cabinets were installed as well to create the balance of traditional and European. The modern chandeliers that were strategically placed gave an overall elegant and luxurious feel to the home. This was yet another Turn Key project which our clients had been truly satisfied with and we were happy to have been a part of.
