The challenge was working with a home that had a unique build consisting of split levels where the left side of the home involved a raised 1st level while the right side consisted of 2 levels. For this project, the client requested an addition to the first level and adding a 2nd story above it, which effectively created a new first floor and second floor on the left side of the house.
Our team designed this home to have a custom traditional design with an open kitchen, traditional style cabinets, granite countertops as well as farm sinks to show off a little uniqueness. In the dining room, coffered ceilings with recessed lighting created depth to the whole room that complemented each other beautifully.
Modern bathrooms were built into the design, consisting of a jacuzzi tub and a shower unit designed to further add a luxurious feel to the home. Hardwood floors were built all around the house while the living room was installed with a gas fireplace with a rustic mantle to create a rustic, comfy look.
